وتمثل هذه المبادرة محطة أساسية في مسار تحديث العمادة وتعزيز خدماتها، بما يضع المهندس في قلب أولوياتها الاستراتيجية.

رؤية مستقبلية

انطلاقًا من خبرتها المتراكمة، واعتمادًا على توصيات أعضائها، تلتزم العمادة بمنهج التحسين المستمر لترسيخ مكانتها كمؤسسة مرجعية في خدمة المهندسين التونسيين وشركائهم.

أهداف عملية

• تسهيل إدماج المهندسين الشبان وتقليص اللجوء إلى الهجرة.

• تطوير شراكات استراتيجية على المستويين الوطني والدولي، خاصة مع الفاعلين الصناعيين والتكنولوجيين.

• رقمنة وتحديث جميع المسارات الداخلية للإدارة.

• جعل المهندس محور أولويات التنمية في العمادة.

• الإصغاء إلى جميع الأطراف المتدخلة (المنخرطون، الشركاء، المؤسسات) والعمل على تلبية تطلعاتهم.

حوكمة منظمة

تم إحداث فريق جودة تحت إشراف مباشر من العميد، ومنسق من طرف المهندس فتحي يحياوي، مكلف بإعداد خطة عمل، وتحديد ممارسات ضمان الجودة، والسهر على تنفيذها بشكل فعّال.

من خلال هذه المبادرة، تؤكد العمادة دورها كحارس لكرامة ونزاهة وكفاءة مهنة الهندسة، ومساهمتها في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للبلاد عبر دعم التعليم والابتكار وإدماج الكفاءات الشابة.

TEO launches a Quality Management initiative for ISO 9001 certification

The Order of Tunisian Engineers (TEO) announces the official launch of a comprehensive Quality Management initiative, aligned with the international ISO 9001:2015 standard. This milestone marks a decisive step in modernizing the institution and reaffirms its commitment to strengthening services while placing engineers at the heart of its strategic development.

A vision for the future

Relying on its long-standing experience and the recommendations of its members, the TEO commits to continuous improvement, consolidating its role as a reference institution serving Tunisian engineers and their partners.

Concrete objectives

• Facilitate the integration of young engineers and reduce reliance on emigration.

• Foster strategic partnerships nationally and internationally, particularly with industrial and technological actors.

• Digitize and modernize all internal management processes.

• Place engineers at the core of TEO’s development priorities.

• Listen, support, and meet the expectations of all stakeholders (members, partners, institutions).

Structured governance

To lead this project, a Quality Group (QG) has been created, reporting directly to the Dean and coordinated by Engineer Fethi Yahyawi. Its mandate is to design an action plan, define quality assurance practices, and ensure their operational implementation.

Through this initiative, the TEO reaffirms its role as guardian of the dignity, integrity, and competence of the engineering profession, actively contributing to Tunisia’s socio-economic development by supporting education, innovation, and youth integration.

L’OIT engage une démarche qualité pour l’obtention de la certification ISO 9001

Tunis, le 1er septembre 2025 –

L’Ordre des Ingénieurs Tunisiens (OIT) annonce le lancement officiel d’une démarche qualité totale, alignée sur la norme internationale ISO 9001 (version 2015). Cette initiative marque une étape majeure dans la modernisation de l’institution et confirme sa volonté de renforcer ses services en plaçant l’ingénieur au cœur de son développement stratégique.

Une vision tournée vers l’avenir

En s’appuyant sur son expérience et sur les recommandations de ses membres, l’OIT s’engage dans une dynamique d’amélioration continue afin de consolider son rôle d’institution de référence au service des ingénieurs tunisiens et de leurs partenaires.

Des objectifs concrets

• Faciliter l’insertion professionnelle des jeunes ingénieurs et limiter l’émigration.

• Développer des partenariats stratégiques aux niveaux national et international, notamment avec les acteurs industriels et technologiques.

• Numériser et moderniser l’ensemble des processus internes de gestion.

• Placer l’ingénieur au centre de ses priorités et de sa vision de développement.

• Écouter, accompagner et satisfaire l’ensemble des parties prenantes (adhérents, partenaires, institutions).

Une gouvernance structurée

Pour garantir la réussite de ce projet, un Groupe Qualité (GQ) a été institué, rattaché directement au Doyen et coordonné par l’ingénieur Fethi Yahyawi. Ce groupe est chargé d’élaborer un plan d’action, de définir les pratiques d’assurance qualité et d’en assurer le suivi opérationnel.

Un engagement fort pour la profession et le pays

À travers cette démarche, l’OIT réaffirme son rôle de garant de la dignité, de l’intégrité et de la compétence de la profession d’ingénieur, contribuant ainsi activement au développement socio-économique de la Tunisie.
